- Ensure that all signers are in possession of valid identification from your state.
The notary will examine your document(s) when you (along with any additional document signers and required witnesses) arrive at your appointment to assess the prerequisites for the notarization and if we can perform the notarization. The average visit takes roughly 30 minutes to complete from beginning to end.
